Terms of Service
Last updated August 3, 2026
Aftershow is a product of Isley Legacy LLC(“Aftershow,” “we,” “us”), a solo-operated business. These terms are the agreement between you and us for using the Aftershow website and service (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.
What Aftershow does
You upload a podcast episode (audio or video) or connect an RSS feed, and Aftershow returns a marketing kit: a transcript, show notes, social posts, a thread, a newsletter draft, and — for video — rendered vertical clips with captions. Aftershow also learns your writing voice from the edits you make, so future drafts sound more like you.
Your account
You sign in with Google or with an email magic link. You’re responsible for keeping access to your email or Google account secure, and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us at info@getaftershow.com if you think someone else has gained access.
Plans, billing, and cancellation
The Free plan includes one episode with the full text kit and clip recommendations. The Creator plan is $29/month and includes 10 episodes per month (up to 90 minutes each), rendered vertical clips with burned-in captions, voice learning, and all exports.
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Stripe handles your card; we never see or store your card details. We stand behind these commitments as part of these terms:
- Your exports are yours forever. Cancelling never deletes your work.
- No watermarks on any paid plan.
- No credits that expire or vanish.
- You can cancel in one click, from inside the app.
- We never post anything you haven’t approved.
When you cancel, you keep access through the end of the period you’ve paid for, and your episodes and exports remain in your account.
Your content and the rights you give us
Your content is yours. The episodes you upload and the outputs Aftershow generates for you belong to you. To run the Service, you give us permission to store, process, and transmit your content — including sending it to the processors listed below — solely to provide the Service to you.
We do not train shared or public AI models on your episodes. Your voice profile is built only from your own edits, is tied to your account, and is not used for anyone else.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- upload content you don’t have the rights to, or that infringes someone else’s copyright, or that contains someone’s private recording without their consent;
- use the Service for anything illegal, or to produce harmful, harassing, or deceptive content;
- try to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the Service or its plan limits, or access other users’ accounts or content;
- resell or redistribute the Service itself as your own.
You’re responsible for reviewing what Aftershow generates before you publish it — including confirming clips are cut where you want and that captions and claims are accurate.
The processors we rely on
Aftershow is built on a small set of third-party services, and your content or account data passes through them to make the product work:
- Cloudflare R2 — stores your uploaded audio and video and rendered files.
- Deepgram — transcribes your episodes.
- Anthropic — generates the written outputs and clip analysis.
- Stripe — processes subscription payments.
- Resend — sends account email (such as sign-in links).
- Google — provides optional sign-in.
Your use of the Service is also subject to these providers’ own terms. The Privacy Policy explains what data each one handles.
AI-generated output
Aftershow uses automated systems to transcribe and write. That output can be wrong, incomplete, or awkward, and transcription can mishear words. Treat everything Aftershow produces as a draft to review and edit — not as final, verified copy. You decide what to publish.
Availability
Aftershow is a small, solo-run product. We work to keep it running and improving, but we don’t promise it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free, and features may change over time. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aftershow and Isley Legacy LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using Aftershow and cancel any time from inside the app. We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms or puts the Service or others at risk. If we close your account for a reason other than your violation, we’ll give you a reasonable chance to export your work first.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. If we make a material change, we’ll update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state where Isley Legacy LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
